No matter what stop smoking treatment you decide upon, the most important ingredient is determination. If you aren't ready to stop smoking no remedy will work for you. It is crucial that you want to quit, and if you want to quit badly enough eventually you will be successful. Many smokers attempt to quit multiple times before finally quitting for good. Just remember, nicotine cravings are temporary, and eventually they will go away completely and you will see smoking for the disgusting danger it is.
